Ignacy Dobilas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Krzysztof Fink could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Szczepan Marud made a huge save. 30 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Zbikowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gudowo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Open your eyes the free kick. Mikolaj Zbikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Iwo Bucyki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Szczepan Marud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Iwo Bucyki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szczepan Marud having to interfere. If Krzysztof Fink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iwo Bucyki to strike the kick off in the second half. A well-hit corner resulted in Radomir Lesiecki heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 73rd minute of the match Damazy Grunwalski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Szczepan Marud showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 79th minute Krzysztof Fink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Marud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gudowo's goalkeeper Jan Kaczynski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iwo Bucyki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szczepan Marud having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Open your eyes's goal looked a bit too open when Krzysztof Fink came free, but Szczepan Marud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
