Iwo Latkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, FC Wisła's Florian Solecki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ziemowit Jaroszewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boleslaw Kaczanek in the 10th minute of play forced FC Wisła's goalkeeper Tolek Moczkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Moczkiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wawrzyniec Glapiak's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Antoni Czeszyk charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antoni Czeszyk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes FC Kabanosy got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Czeszyk. Ziemowit Jaroszewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Laskowski in the 16th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, FC Wisła's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Kaczanek came free, but Tolek Moczkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Florian Solecki came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Wisła fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Solecki couldn't finish the play. When Bartosz Walkowski fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Wisła's protests and gave Bartosz Walkowski a yellow card for diving instead. Iwo Latkiewicz, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Karol Laskowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ziemowit Jaroszewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Florian Solecki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ziemowit Jaroszewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Laskowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. FC Kabanosy's Antoni Czeszyk got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Antoni Czeszyk off the ground. Ziemowit Jaroszewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Laskowski in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute Florian Solecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Jaroszewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, FC Wisła's Karol Laskowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boleslaw Kaczanek's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Tolek Moczkiewicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Kabanosy's Wieslaw Raszkiewicz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tolek Moczkiewicz but with some difficulty. With a little luck, FC Wisła's Tolek Moczkiewicz got control of the ball when Boleslaw Kaczanek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute Florian Solecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Jaroszewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, FC Kabanosy's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Solecki came free, but Ziemowit Jaroszewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
