If Maciej Dejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kryspin Zajonc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Romanese went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Maciej Dejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Zajonc having to interfere. Florian Romanese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kryspin Zajonc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Narbut in the 29th minute of the match. Sebastian Lagiewniki walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 37 minutes into the game, Alfred Szarmach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Giszowiec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogi the free kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maciej Dejo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sporting Giszowiec's Robert Narbut got a free kick in the 51st minute. Maciej Dejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Zajonc having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Sebastian Lagiewniki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Lagiewniki struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Kryspin Zajonc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Giszowiec. Sporting Giszowiec's Daniel Jenkot got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Pogi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maciej Dejo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 67th match minute, Pogi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkadiusz Kopacz to maneuver through the defense. Krzysztof Juroszek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Daniel Jenkot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kryspin Zajonc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Romanese in the 81st minute of play. Maciej Dejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Maciej Dejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Giszowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Maciej Dejo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kryspin Zajonc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sporting Giszowiec made a substitution. Leszek Nieuzyla replaced Daniel Jenkot. Sporting Giszowiec's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
