When Lucjan Niewiadomski fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nowe Joniny 2010's protests and gave Lucjan Niewiadomski a yellow card for diving instead. Lucjan Niewiadomski kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the match Ryszard Hajduk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marek Domamir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marek Domamir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Czeszyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Apoel FC Mariusz's Teobald Czeszyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Domamir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Nowe Joniny 2010 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dawid Knopek hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nowe Joniny 2010's zone, Izydor Miecznikowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Domamir came out of the goal and Izydor Miecznikowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marek Domamir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobald Czeszyk's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Teobald Czeszyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arkadiusz Rode during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arkadiusz Rode hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wawrzyniec Niedziela sped through Apoel FC Mariusz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iwan Budzyn. If Wawrzyniec Niedziela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Apoel FC Mariusz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nowe Joniny 2010 were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wawrzyniec Niedziela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marek Domamir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Miecznikowski in the 58th minute of play. Teobald Czeszyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nowe Joniny 2010 getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Konstanty Klocko hit a great ball. Marek Domamir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Czeszyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the game, Izydor Miecznikowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marek Domamir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 70 minutes into the match, Nowe Joniny 2010's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Czeszyk came free, but Marek Domamir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Domamir came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Apoel FC Mariusz's Izydor Miecznikowski. But to his dismay, Izydor Miecznikowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 77th minute, Teobald Czeszyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marek Domamir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Miecznikowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marek Domamir came out of the goal and Teobald Czeszyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Izydor Miecznikowski struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Marek Domamir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apoel FC Mariusz. A collision led to Nowe Joniny 2010 getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Borys Pliszka hit a great ball. Marek Domamir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Czeszyk in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Wawrzyniec Niedziela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nowe Joniny 2010 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
