Witalis Milko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Czermak in the 12th minute of the match. Andrzej Sokol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurand Wietrzychowski having to interfere. Patryk Gerlach received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pawel Czermak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Marjampol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Czermak to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Czermak in the 93rd minute of play forced Giemzów's goalkeeper Witalis Milko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the game, Tytus Zdeb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marjampol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giemzów the free kick. After 98 played minutes Marjampol got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Zdeb. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Giemzów had won after a very even match.
