Szczepan Panasewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Drab in the 45th minute of play. Zbyszko Radziszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Wasyl Dzerwucki made a huge save. The Ziempniów players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wycinka were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zygmunt Drab to strike the kick off in the second half. Ziempniów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barnaba Budacz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 91 played minutes Wycinka got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Siwy. 93 minutes into the game, Ziempniów's Zbyszko Radziszewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wasyl Dzerwucki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When the match was over Wycinka could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ziempniów throughout the match.
