When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fryderyk Zworski made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Kondek Nowa Huta got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zapolski. Stefan Gerlach struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Przemyslaw Milan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kondek Nowa Huta. In the 67th minute Fryderyk Zworski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Kaider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kondek Nowa Huta's zone, Fryderyk Zworski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janusz Kaider came out of the goal and Fryderyk Zworski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iwo Prokowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Iwo Prokowski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Janusz Kaider. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
