Köllming's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Kochowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Konstanty Kornaszewski came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barnaba Chowaniec could save by the left post. In the 24th minute, Lucjan Czech made a precise shot to the right of Maksymilian Pyrzyce. Köllming's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Maksymilian Pyrzyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Przemyslaw Malewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Auschwitz's Barnaba Chowaniec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Kochowski in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Auschwitz got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Sitko.
