With a little luck, Stöven's Antoni Okraszewski got control of the ball when Zdzislaw Brack tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zdzislaw Brack couldn't finish the play. If Wincent Pietrowiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Podchojny SA's Zdzislaw Brack sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antoni Okraszewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stöven's Tytus Prusinowski got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miromir Zachemski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bogumil Ziemba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Dylla having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Tytus Prusinowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Iwan Dylla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwan Dylla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Prusinowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zdzislaw Brack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdzislaw Brack got free with Antoni Okraszewski in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Stöven's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Pietrowiak came free, but Antoni Okraszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stöven's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kryspin Jaraczeski in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bogumil Ziemba made a kick off. Bogumil Ziemba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Iwan Dylla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute of the match, Tytus Prusinowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iwan Dylla was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Antoni Okraszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Pietrowiak in the 59th minute of the match. 1-1 became the score in the 62nd minute when Wincent Pietrowiak elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Stöven's Jan Falkowski got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Lukasz Wielgopolski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stöven's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukasz Wielgopolski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwan Dylla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Czeslaw Cichocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tytus Prusinowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Tytus Prusinowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Iwan Dylla however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Podchojny SA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lucjan Paprotny hit a great ball. Iwan Dylla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Ziemba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Stöven had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
