Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Stawiszcze's Wladyslaw Palzewicz in the 41st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Karol Pryla was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Koperno SSA through an amazing save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a defensive mix-up in Stawiszcze's zone, Karol Czaplicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Imbor came out of the goal and Karol Czaplicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Karol Czaplicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cezary Jazwiec who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Lucjan Imbor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabian Cempa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karol Pryla having to make a save. In the 89th minute, Wladyslaw Palzewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karol Pryla was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Koperno SSA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stawiszcze.
