The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lukasz Zacharzewski hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Krzysztof Rawa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes Lokomotywa FC got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Penczkowski. The supporters of Sos Sajsung booed when Lokomotywa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Rawa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Kolacki kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Izydor Gieraltowski sped through Sos Sajsung's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lech Czekaj. The supporters of Sos Sajsung booed when Lokomotywa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Kolacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Sos Sajsung's Aleksander Jankowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Napoleon Sroki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sos Sajsung reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Lokomotywa FC's Krzysztof Rawa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lech Czekaj. That made the score 2-0 after 37 minutes of play. In the 42nd minute Juliusz Falkowski suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Radowit Przewozik fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sos Sajsung's protests and gave Radowit Przewozik a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Radowit Przewozik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Izydor Gieraltowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Lech Czekaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, Sos Sajsung's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Gieraltowski came free, but Lech Czekaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Napoleon Sroki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boruc Dunajski in the 58th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Izydor Gieraltowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotywa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Izydor Gieraltowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lokomotywa FC's Izydor Gieraltowski got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Izydor Gieraltowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lech Czekaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwidon Kaszubik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Sroki having to interfere. Krzysztof Rawa hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Sos Sajsung's Boruc Dunajski got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, Lokomotywa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikolaj Kolacki to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sos Sajsung booed when Lokomotywa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Kolacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Krzysztof Rawa struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Lech Czekaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotywa FC. Boruc Dunajski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lokomotywa FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
