Feliks Dziatkowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Jucha in the 27th minute of play. Szczepan Gleba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bartosz Czaplicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliks Dziatkowicz came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Orzeł Myślenice's Lucjan Jucha. But to his dismay, Lucjan Jucha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Szczepan Gleba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Czaplicki having to interfere. Bartosz Czaplicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cezary Moizuk in the 39th minute. Boguslaw Bugajski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Bartosz Czaplicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cezary Moizuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Czaplicki having to interfere. The supporters of KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN booed when Orzeł Myślenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliks Okraszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezary Moizuk to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Dobromir Hajder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN's Feliks Dziatkowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Cezary Moizuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 57 minutes, Cezary Moizuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cezary Moizuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 played minutes Orzeł Myślenice got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Orling. Feliks Dziatkowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Hajder in the 64th minute of play. Szczepan Gleba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Lucjan Jucha got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lucjan Jucha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Feliks Dziatkowicz made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Szczepan Gleba managed to get in a good position for a shot. KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Szczepan Gleba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Czaplicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bartosz Czaplicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Gleba in the 82nd minute of play. Cezary Moizuk struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Bartosz Czaplicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
