The referee ignored Tuchomek's protests and gave Jerzy Gotfryd a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jacek Latkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sokół Gołaczewy's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacek Latkiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boguslaw Malicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milosz Wolicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Walery Sokol made a huge save. Sokół Gołaczewy's Walery Sokol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Figlewski in the 19th minute of play. Boguslaw Malicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Ewertowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute Zbyszek Ewertowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Malicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 27th minute when Jacek Latkiewicz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Milosz Wolicki came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Walery Sokol could save by the left post. Julian Sierocki's late challenge caught a Tuchomek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 44 minutes, Tymoteusz Gacek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tuchomek and the Sokół Gołaczewy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Tuchomek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Gacek to maneuver through the defense. Jacek Latkiewicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2.
