Spectators: 5630 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1120, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olaf Biegun got the match started through his kick off. Mieszko Sebzda made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Piotr Chowaniec sent off a good shot on target. Piotr Chowaniec scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mieszko Sebzda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Górnik Zabrze's zone, Lech Jaraczeski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mieszko Sebzda came out of the goal and Lech Jaraczeski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lech Jaraczeski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 19 minutes into the match, Dzikie Owce's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Biegun came free, but Dariusz Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Dzikie Owce getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Florian Urban hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Jacek Nienajadlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Kosakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dzikie Owce's Lech Jaraczeski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mieszko Sebzda. That made the score 3-0 after 32 minutes of play. Zenon Nowakowski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lech Jaraczeski to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Dzikie Owce's Dariusz Kosakowski got control of the ball when Olaf Biegun tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute of the match Leonard Serwach sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mieszko Sebzda skillfully saved the ball. In the 61st minute, Górnik Zabrze's Sylwester Sedzikowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. If Sylwester Sedzikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Górnik Zabrze's Dariusz Kosakowski threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sylwester Sedzikowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mieszko Sebzda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Jaraczeski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dariusz Kosakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Sedzikowski in the 84th minute of play. Dariusz Kosakowski made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Wawrzyniec Mockiewicz sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, Dzikie Owce's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Sedzikowski came free, but Dariusz Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Serwach hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Zachary Lewandowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dariusz Kosakowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Dzikie Owce were victorious despite being under pressure from Górnik Zabrze for much of the match.
