The crowd rose to their feet as Cyprian Motowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grzegorz Wietrzychowski. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After a rather tough play, ZUS i koledzy's Ksawery Czysta got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind ZUS i koledzy's goalkeeper Leszek Tyszka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, ZUS i koledzy's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Dylla came free, but Leszek Tyszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grzegorz Wietrzychowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyprian Motowski's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Iwan Pruss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. In the 31st minute of the match, Iwan Pruss got a very nice opportunity to score, but Grzegorz Wietrzychowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 34 played minutes ZUS i koledzy got a freekick which was hit by Ksawery Czysta. Herbert Dylla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leszek Tyszka having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Dylla in the 42nd minute of play forced ZUS i koledzy's goalkeeper Leszek Tyszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes of play, Sunrise's Damazy Fafinski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Tyszka was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damazy Fafinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leszek Tyszka was a little too slow when Damazy Fafinski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-2. Leszek Tyszka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Fafinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ksawery Czysta kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Grzegorz Wietrzychowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Motowski in the 64th minute of the match. Artur Zawada's late challenge caught a Sunrise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur Zawada helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the match, ZUS i koledzy's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Gniewek came free, but Leszek Tyszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Dylla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Leszek Tyszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Herbert Dylla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunrise's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Dylla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sunrise walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
