In the 5th minute of the match, Olgierd Wojtkiewicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ignacy Jastrowicz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Leszek Dobrowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damazy Czerny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jacek Zagrobelny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Titanium's zone, Olgierd Wojtkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacy Jastrowicz came out of the goal and Olgierd Wojtkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ignacy Jastrowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Zagrobelny, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Leszek Dobrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Bojanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Waclaw Owsiak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Julian Bojanowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boruc Ikalewicz hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Julian Bojanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leszek Dobrowski's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Leszek Dobrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Julian Bojanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacy Jastrowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Zagrobelny in the 33rd minute of play. If Damazy Czerny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Radoslaw Bochynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Bojanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Czerny in the 41st minute of the match. Damazy Czerny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Bojanowski having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to FC Titanium getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Bator hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Jacek Zagrobelny made a precise shot to the right of Ignacy Jastrowicz. FC Titanium's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Julian Bojanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Dobrowski in the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, Zakład Biotechnologii UAM's Julian Bojanowski got control of the ball when Damazy Czerny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute Leszek Dobrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Bojanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Damazy Czerny managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Titanium's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Czerny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Bojanowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waclaw Owsiak kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Leszek Dobrowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radoslaw Bochynski's late challenge caught a FC Titanium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radoslaw Bochynski helped the player get up and apologised. Julian Bojanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Dobrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Titanium players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
