Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tymoteusz Beninda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Narbut in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind VfL Paniowki's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Beninda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Tolek Jenkot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VfL Paniowki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LZS Ostaszów the free kick. Tolek Jenkot kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Mieszko Piechna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Kensicki in the 11th minute of the match. VfL Paniowki's Olgierd Scislowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pawel Kensicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Piechna having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olgierd Scislowicz in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mieszko Piechna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 21 minutes, Olgierd Scislowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VfL Paniowki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olgierd Scislowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olgierd Scislowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mieszko Piechna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pawel Kensicki came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the VfL Paniowki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Kensicki couldn't finish the play. If Pawel Kensicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Olgierd Scislowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, LZS Ostaszów's Lech Purzycki got a free kick in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olgierd Scislowicz made a kick off. After 57 played minutes LZS Ostaszów got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Wawrukiewicz. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Pawel Kensicki put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mieszko Piechna. Walery Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olgierd Scislowicz in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mieszko Piechna saved LZS Ostaszów from getting behind. Olgierd Scislowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Piechna having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded VfL Paniowki left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LZS Ostaszów.
