Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hieronim Giejda made the kick off which started today's match. Hieronim Giejda might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Konrad Rykaczewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hieronim Giejda ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Kurau's zone, Emil Piechocki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrad Rykaczewski came out of the goal and Emil Piechocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konrad Rykaczewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Piechocki went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Emil Piechocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Hieronim Giejda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emil Piechocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konrad Rykaczewski having to make a save. Norbert Frankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurau's goalkeeper Konrad Rykaczewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Konrad Rykaczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Zacharzewski in the 41st minute of the match. Emil Piechocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Rykaczewski having to interfere. In the 46th minute of the match, Hieronim Giejda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Konrad Rykaczewski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After a rather tough play, Kurau's Wawrzyniec Bielecki got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Hieronim Giejda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Rykaczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 58 minutes on the clock, Teobald Kieca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Bydgoszcz PL:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kurau:s goal. The referee gave Kurau a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edmund Zbytniewski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bydgoszcz PL's Damazy Matela. 2-2. If Emil Piechocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Kurau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Bielecki to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Kurau's Wawrzyniec Bielecki got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Tolek Kisiel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kurau's Konrad Rykaczewski didn't even have to move. In the 72nd minute, Emil Piechocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konrad Rykaczewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Marek Frankowski put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Konrad Rykaczewski. The supporters of Bydgoszcz PL booed when Kurau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Kociniewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Emil Piechocki came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bydgoszcz PL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Piechocki couldn't finish the play. Konrad Rykaczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Frankowski in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Bydgoszcz PL were awarded a corner. Tolek Kisiel went to the cornerflag to take it. Emil Piechocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Marek Frankowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konrad Rykaczewski was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Bydgoszcz PL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
