Mikuan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KP Polonia Bydgoszcz the free kick. After 42 played minutes Mikuan got a freekick which was hit by Leon Mirowski. Wlodzimierz Dziuma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Mirowski in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes, Miromir Komanski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KP Polonia Bydgoszcz and the Mikuan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugeniusz Kanczuszewski to make the kick off. It was a penalty for KP Polonia Bydgoszcz! In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Mikuan. Wiktor Okraszewski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wlodzimierz Dziuma. 4-3. Eugeniusz Kanczuszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Wlodzimierz Dziuma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Mirowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Mirowski in the 72nd minute of play forced KP Polonia Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, KP Polonia Bydgoszcz's Miromir Komanski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. There was no doubt that Mikuan were the better team. Mikuan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
