After recieving a nice pass, Dmytrowice's Leon Balkiewicz tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jacek Zjawin kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kolejorz Lech Poznań's zone, Leon Balkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Sobczak came out of the goal and Leon Balkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Wojciech Solak put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karol Sobczak. Dmytrowice's Wojciech Solak got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wojciech Solak scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karol Sobczak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radomir Pozorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Sobczak having to interfere. Gwidon Bykowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartlomiej Andrzejewski in the 46th minute. Wit Rakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Wojciech Solak made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Wojciech Solak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karol Sobczak was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Kolejorz Lech Poznań's Karol Sobczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Solak in the 54th minute of play. Radomir Pozorskis short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Karol Sobczak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rafal Drozdowski's late challenge caught a Dmytrowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafal Drozdowski helped the player get up and apologised. During the 60th minute of the match Jacek Zjawin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jacek Zjawin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jacek Zjawin kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kolejorz Lech Poznań's zone, Radomir Pozorski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Sobczak came out of the goal and Radomir Pozorski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karol Sobczak made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Radomir Pozorski sent off a good shot on target. Karol Sobczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Bielatowicz in the 79th minute of play. Kolejorz Lech Poznań's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wojciech Solak 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. In the 87th minute, Kolejorz Lech Poznań's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Radomir Pozorski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd minute Wojciech Solak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Sobczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Radomir Pozorski came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Dmytrowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomir Pozorski couldn't finish the play. Dmytrowice's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
