After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Napoleon Debkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ostrovets SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Debkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszek Kaminski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Napoleon Debkowski sped through VIKTORIA A.K.K's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zbyszek Kaminski. When Witomir Poling fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ostrovets SA's protests and gave Witomir Poling a yellow card for diving instead. Witomir Poling hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Aureliusz Snaza came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by VIKTORIA A.K.K's Witomir Dudek. But to his dismay, Witomir Dudek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Napoleon Debkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Napoleon Debkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszek Kaminski was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Klement Jazwiec came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ostrovets SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klement Jazwiec couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, VIKTORIA A.K.K's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Jazwiec came free, but Zbyszek Kaminski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VIKTORIA A.K.K's Witomir Dudek got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Klement Jazwiec came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ostrovets SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klement Jazwiec couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Radomil Januszewski made the kick off in the second half. Zbyszek Kaminski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Jazwiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Klement Jazwiec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ostrovets SA's Aureliusz Snaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Januszewski in the 63rd minute of play. Radomil Januszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ostrovets SA getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Witomir Poling hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Kociniewski during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Lucjan Kociniewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witomir Dudek in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliusz Snaza saved Ostrovets SA from getting behind. Aureliusz Snaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Dudek in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Napoleon Debkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ostrovets SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Debkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucjan Kociniewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszek Kaminski having to interfere. Napoleon Debkowski spun around in front of the goal 84 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of VIKTORIA A.K.K's goal. A collision led to VIKTORIA A.K.K getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Edgar Czarnecki hit a great ball. Napoleon Debkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match Cezary Bondel climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Zbyszek Kaminski. Napoleon Debkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Januszewski in the 95th minute of play forced Ostrovets SA's goalkeeper Aureliusz Snaza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliusz Snaza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witomir Dudek went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Ostrovets SA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
