In the 7th minute, Geovanny Sainz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute Claudio Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Kosmatka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Berdaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Witold Pilsudski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Witalis Lesiecki put in a rough tackle. When the match had been going on for 27 minutes, Kierzki SA's Franciszek Marchefka got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zula Mierzwa. After 35 played minutes Kierzki SA got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Bielenda. Maciej Kosmatka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Lichucki in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Witold Furgal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kierzki SA's Maciej Kosmatka. Maciej Kosmatka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th match minute, Kierzki SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Bejrut to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Bielenda got free with Zula Mierzwa in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Wolverhampton Wanderers made a substitution. Tanek Birkenhagen replaced Claudio Berdaitz. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witold Pilsudski to strike the kick off in the second half. Tanek Birkenhagen kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Witold Furgal came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Wolverhampton Wanderers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witold Furgal couldn't finish the play. Tanek Birkenhagen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Maciej Kosmatka 60 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Witold Furgal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maciej Kosmatka was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Tanek Birkenhagen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tanek Birkenhagen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Maciej Kosmatka made a huge save. Zula Mierzwa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Bielenda in the 72nd minute of the match. Kierzki SA's Maciej Kosmatka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Furgal in the 75th minute of play. Tanek Birkenhagen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Kierzki SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Bielenda to maneuver through the defense. Witold Furgal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maciej Kosmatka stood somewhat misplaced when Witold Furgal came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 93 minute. The Kierzki SA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wolverhampton Wanderers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
