A collision led to FC Solec getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Andrzej Rydzewski hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Solec's zone, Feliks Ramzinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartlomiej Mentus came out of the goal and Feliks Ramzinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Sebastian Olejniczak fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ignacy Kapinos, passed just outside the right post. Ignacy Kapinos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Rydzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Miodek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bartlomiej Mentus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Miodek in the 21st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Feliks Ramzinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Tychy's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliks Ramzinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartlomiej Mentus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leonard Miodek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes GKS Tychy got a freekick which was hit by Michal Serwacki. Ignacy Kapinos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Bilicki in the 34th minute. Leonard Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Bartlomiej Mentus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leonard Miodek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Leonard Miodek came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the GKS Tychy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Miodek couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Leonard Miodek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. GKS Tychy's Feliks Ramzinski got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliks Ramzinski was the one to do the kick off. Edmund Rakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartlomiej Mentus having to interfere. When Zbyszko Rutkowski fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Tychy's protests and gave Zbyszko Rutkowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Zbyszko Rutkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sebastian Olejniczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Miodek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartlomiej Mentus having to interfere. In the 69th minute Jan Bilicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Kapinos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michal Serwacki kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Bilicki came free, but Ignacy Kapinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacy Kapinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Bilicki in the 83rd minute of play. GKS Tychy's Edmund Rakowski got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GKS Tychy were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Solec to leave the ground with a draw.
