In the 7th match minute, Faith Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Dytrych to maneuver through the defense. If Dobromir Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Faith Hope's zone, Dobromir Golob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marian Michalski came out of the goal and Dobromir Golob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wasyl Banas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wasyl Banas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Norbert Sidorowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Arek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Wiater came free, but Zygmunt Joks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sylwester Ruzicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wasyl Banas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Marian Michalski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Golob in the 45th minute of play forced Faith Hope's goalkeeper Marian Michalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dobromir Golob was the one to do the kick off. Dobromir Golob might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marian Michalski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobromir Golob ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th minute, Dobromir Golob left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arek FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 63rd minute, Karol Fudalej hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dobromir Golob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Michalski having to interfere. Zygmunt Joks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylwester Ruzicki in the 74th minute. Wasyl Banas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobromir Golob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Michalski having to interfere. Jan Dytrych kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Dobromir Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Arek FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
