Edmund Prosowski stood somewhat misplaced when Adam Wielkopolski came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. When Zbigniew Imbor came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Cichostów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbigniew Imbor couldn't finish the play. Cichostów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Czekaj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Adam Wielkopolski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edmund Prosowski, passed just outside the right post. Adam Wielkopolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Edmund Prosowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wiktor Czekaj was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zbigniew Imbor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Ciszewski, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbigniew Imbor got free with Tymoteusz Ciszewski in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adam Wielkopolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
