In the 6th match minute, FC ŁÓDŹ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Styles to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, Witomir Niezywy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ŁÓDŹ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zabrnie SSA the free kick. The supporters of Zabrnie SSA booed when FC ŁÓDŹ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witomir Niezywy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Prus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roch Kowalski in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Filipowski in the 14th minute of play forced FC ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Jacek Prus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Stanislaw Dembkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zdzislaw Kilarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szczepan Jaruzelski having to interfere. The FC ŁÓDŹ fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when FC ŁÓDŹ's Witomir Niezywy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Filipowski in the 28th minute of play forced FC ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Jacek Prus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Maciej Debowy could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Jacek Prus however easily saved by the left post. 32 minutes into the match, Zabrnie SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Witomir Niezywy came free, but Szczepan Jaruzelski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacek Prus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Kostrzewa in the 34th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Witomir Niezywy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes Radomir Filipowski rounded FC ŁÓDŹ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pankracy Prusinowski was the one to do the kick off. FC ŁÓDŹ's Jacek Prus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Kostrzewa in the 51st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Julian Pysz took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Szczepan Jaruzelski to make any attempt to save it. 57 minutes into the match, Zabrnie SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Kilarski came free, but Szczepan Jaruzelski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Kilarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Zdzislaw Kilarski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC ŁÓDŹ's Radowit Gleba got a free kick in the 67th minute. Stanislaw Dembkowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacek Prus. FC ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julian Pysz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szczepan Jaruzelski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC ŁÓDŹ's Zdzislaw Kilarski got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jacek Prus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Kostrzewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Zabrnie SSA's Szczepan Jaruzelski got control of the ball when Julian Pysz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute, Zdzislaw Kilarski made a precise shot to the right of Szczepan Jaruzelski.
