In the 34th match minute, FC ŁÓDŹ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Pysz to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match, Julian Pysz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Napoleon Koperski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC ŁÓDŹ's Witomir Niezywy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Napoleon Koperski. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mieszko Bielenda made a kick off. When Witomir Niezywy came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FC ŁÓDŹ fans jumped to their feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Pysz in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Napoleon Koperski saved Bierzów SA from getting behind.
