Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucjan Zahemski made the kick off which started today's match. Mariusz Gaszynski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucjan Zahemski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Wojciech Derlanga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mariusz Gaszynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Gaszynski charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariusz Gaszynski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wojciech Derlanga came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Smoliny FC's Fabian Jaroszewicz. But to his dismay, Fabian Jaroszewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Smoliny FC's Herbert Rydz got a free kick in the 24th minute. Borys Puzio struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Lucjan Nowakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bydgoszcz. In the 30thth minute of the game Mariusz Gaszynski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bydgoszcz's Wojciech Derlanga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 32 played minutes Smoliny FC got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Solarek. If Lucjan Zahemski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mariusz Gaszynski came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Smoliny FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariusz Gaszynski couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Stasio Basaik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Lucjan Zahemski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smoliny FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucjan Zahemski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wojciech Derlanga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lucjan Zahemski fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smoliny FC's protests and gave Lucjan Zahemski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Smoliny FC's Lucjan Zahemski got a free kick in the 41st minute. Stasio Nienajadlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Smoliny FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Herbert Rydz hit a great ball. Borys Puzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Nowakowski having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Smoliny FC got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Niezywy. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Borys Puzio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Smoliny FC's zone, Borys Puzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Nowakowski came out of the goal and Borys Puzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute, Andrzej Dziurowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wojciech Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Zahemski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Zahemski struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Wojciech Derlanga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smoliny FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Zahemski in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wojciech Derlanga saved Bydgoszcz from getting behind. Lucjan Zahemski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Borys Puzio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucjan Nowakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariusz Gaszynski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Wojciech Derlanga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71st minute, Borys Puzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Smoliny FC's Herbert Rydz got a free kick in the 76th minute. Bydgoszcz's attentive Walery Kissel managed to snatch the ball when Roland Felenak made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. In the 85th minute Lucjan Zahemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariusz Gaszynski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Wojciech Derlanga made a huge save. Mariusz Gaszynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Smoliny FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
