Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maksymilian Henryk started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Eneto Mayol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wawrzyniec Resel was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Igor Kalak elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 0-2 became the score in the 13th minute when Eneto Mayol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Academia Bydgoszcz's Igor Kalak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wawrzyniec Resel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eneto Mayol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Wawrzyniec Resel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Podborcze's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kalak came free, but Wawrzyniec Resel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Eneto Mayol sped through Podborcze's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wawrzyniec Resel. In the 33rd match minute, Academia Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Solibieda to maneuver through the defense. Wawrzyniec Resel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Kalak in the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Damian Zbydniowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Ulryk Gmoch in the 41st minute really tested Emil Paraszczuk's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Podborcze's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kalak came free, but Wawrzyniec Resel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Academia Bydgoszcz were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Podborcze's Napoleon Kaznocha got a free kick in the 51st minute. Wawrzyniec Resel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eneto Mayol. Academia Bydgoszcz's Emil Paraszczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Wodaszak in the 53rd minute of play. Igor Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Wawrzyniec Resel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match, Eneto Mayol got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wawrzyniec Resel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Igor Kalak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Resel having to interfere. A collision led to Podborcze getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Maksymilian Henryk hit a great ball. Igor Kalak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fryderyk Niemojewski hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Eneto Mayol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Bydgoszcz's supporters rose to their feet, but Eneto Mayol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wawrzyniec Resel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maksymilian Henryk in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Paraszczuk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd match minute, Academia Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Mojsiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Academia Bydgoszcz played a much better game than Podborcze and deserved their victory. The Podborcze players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
