Spectators: 7547 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Ateny's Teofil Prus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Academia Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Prus came free, but Emil Paraszczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jurand Kajfasz hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Teofil Prus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ateny fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute, Filip Czaplicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Ateny's goalkeeper Lucjan Dres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eneto Mayol. Lucjan Dres was a little too slow when Filip Czaplicki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Kalak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucjan Dres. That made the score 3-1 in the 29 minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Jacek Chwalkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Eneto Mayol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucjan Dres. Ateny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eneto Mayol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Lucjan Dres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eneto Mayol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Dres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Czaplicki in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Igor Kalak took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Lucjan Dres to make any attempt to save it. Ateny's Lucjan Dres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Czaplicki in the 45th minute of play. Lucjan Dres made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Eneto Mayol sent off a good shot on target. Igor Kalak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucjan Dres came out and tried to block the shot, but Igor Kalak slotted it home off the left post making it 6-1 in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eneto Mayol to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucjan Dres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Gleba, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Ateny's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kalak came free, but Lucjan Dres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucjan Dres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Gleba in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Jurand Kajfasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Dres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Witalis Jastrowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ateny's Witalis Jastrowicz got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 63 minutes of play, Academia Bydgoszcz's Igor Kalak made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucjan Dres was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the game, Academia Bydgoszcz's Eneto Mayol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Dres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. Emil Paraszczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Prus in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Filip Czaplicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucjan Dres was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. Eneto Mayol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Lucjan Dres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Igor Kalak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-1. Lucjan Dres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the game, Academia Bydgoszcz's Igor Kalak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Dres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eneto Mayol in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Dres saved Ateny from getting behind. Lucjan Dres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Gleba, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Lucjan Dres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Kalak in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Eneto Mayol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucjan Dres. In the 93rd match minute, Academia Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Jarek to maneuver through the defense. Lucjan Dres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Czaplicki in the 96th minute of the match. Academia Bydgoszcz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
