Michal Dula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomir Zawaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Michal Dula stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mieszko Ciempa's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Ludomir Zawaski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michal Dula read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Zawaski in the 13th minute of play forced Lunusiowo's goalkeeper Michal Dula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Dula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Ciempa in the 14th minute of the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Slawomir Kasperowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salnicze's Wojciech Lipinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wojciech Lipinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, one of Lunusiowo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Salnicze a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lech Jaszyna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lunusiowo's Michal Dula. 0-1. In the 39th match minute, Lunusiowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Gendolla to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lunusiowo's zone, Lech Jaszyna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Dula came out of the goal and Lech Jaszyna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 minutes, Aleksander Czciborek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunusiowo and the Salnicze players grew even worse after the yellow card. Michal Dula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Ciempa in the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Edmund Buczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salnicze's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Buczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Dula breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Slawomir Kasperowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Michal Dula had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Lech Jaszyna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball With his leg Michal Dula managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Salnicze's Mieszko Ciempa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lunusiowo's Aleksander Czciborek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wlodzimierz Polek, made in the 79th minute of the game. Aleksander Czciborek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Mieszko Ciempa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lunusiowo getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Wojciech Olender hit a great ball. Mieszko Ciempa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Michal Dula made a huge save. The Salnicze supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Salnicze would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
