Gustaw Miecznikowski charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tadeusz Banas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Chazon in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Tytus Kaczynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Mielak in the 38th minute of play forced Wengern's goalkeeper Tadeusz Banas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Tadeusz Banas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Chazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Tytus Kaczynski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Przemyslaw Antoszewski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mogilica SA's Czeslaw Chazon got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Emil Puzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Przemyslaw Antoszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Wengern eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
