Waclaw Maziarski had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Edmund Dubilas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to Zakroczym getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Andrzej Sakowicz hit a great ball. The long shot by Zbigniew Brysz in the 11th minute really tested Zachariasz Wnukowski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Zachariasz Wnukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Smolarek in the 13th minute of play. Zachariasz Wnukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Smolarek, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Waclaw Maziarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Narbut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, WŁOCŁAWIANKA's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Naumowicz came free, but Waclaw Maziarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wasyl Bartelak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Zachariasz Wnukowski made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Borys Narbut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waclaw Maziarski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 33 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Noworolnik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zakroczym's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WŁOCŁAWIANKA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zakroczym's Radoslaw Noworolnik got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Alfred Liberko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zachariasz Wnukowski. The goal made the score 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Narbut in the 39th minute of play forced WŁOCŁAWIANKA's goalkeeper Waclaw Maziarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waclaw Maziarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Narbut in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Narbut in the 42nd minute of play forced WŁOCŁAWIANKA's goalkeeper Waclaw Maziarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. WŁOCŁAWIANKA's Waclaw Maziarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Narbut in the 44th minute of play. Waclaw Maziarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Naumowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfred Liberko made a kick off. Borys Narbut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waclaw Maziarski having to make a save. Witomir Winnicki kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Eugeniusz Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Wnukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wasyl Bartelak took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Wnukowski. Zachariasz Wnukowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Waclaw Maziarski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roch Naumowicz in the 76th minute. Waclaw Maziarski made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Roch Naumowicz sent off a good shot on target. Waclaw Maziarski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Borys Narbut showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 85 minute of play. Zachariasz Wnukowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, WŁOCŁAWIANKA's goalkeeper Waclaw Maziarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roch Naumowicz. Eugeniusz Smolarek's late challenge caught a Zakroczym's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugeniusz Smolarek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, WŁOCŁAWIANKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
