After 14 minutes of play, Arese's Egor Subbotin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Michal Flis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Egor Subbotin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michal Flis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kazimierz Purzycki in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Flis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kazimierz Purzycki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Orlęta N-H's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Purzycki came free, but Michal Flis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Flis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egor Subbotin in the 28th minute of the match. The Arese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Michal Flis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Purzycki in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Egor Subbotin was the one to do the kick off.
