The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 12th minute, Feliks Zajac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Budzynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Zajac in the 17th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Feliks Zajac took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wieslaw Budzynski to make any attempt to save it. Florian Wieloch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Budzynski made a huge save. PIAST Czekanów's Remigiusz Witwicki got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Jacek Purzycki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Budzynski. PIAST Czekanów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacek Purzycki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a long run with the ball, Florian Wieloch did a trick in the 44th minute in front of PIAST Czekanów's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 3-0. The wind increased when Feliks Zajac made the kick off in the second half. Wieslaw Budzynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliks Zajac in the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, PIAST Czekanów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Fetor to maneuver through the defense. If Jacek Purzycki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedykt Watarz charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedykt Watarz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes PIAST Czekanów got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Watarz. 64 minutes into the match, PIAST Czekanów's goal looked a bit too open when Wieslaw Osikowicz came free, but Wieslaw Budzynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wieslaw Budzynski came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Łódzki Klub Sportowy's Feliks Zajac. But to his dismay, Feliks Zajac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Feliks Zajac managed to get in a good position for a shot. Łódzki Klub Sportowy's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliks Zajac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wieslaw Budzynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wieslaw Budzynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliks Zajac in the 75th minute of the match. Teofil Bilicki hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Jacek Purzycki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wieslaw Budzynski. PIAST Czekanów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacek Purzycki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 89 played minutes, Łódzki Klub Sportowy's Stefan Lamczyk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wieslaw Budzynski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Łódzki Klub Sportowy reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boleslaw Ewertowski during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, PIAST Czekanów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Ewertowski to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Zajac blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wieslaw Budzynski having to make a save. The supporters of Łódzki Klub Sportowy booed when PIAST Czekanów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boleslaw Ewertowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Łódzki Klub Sportowy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
