The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Krzysztof Dulemba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Krzysztof Dulemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Purzycki in the 7th minute of play. Feliks Zajac blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Krzysztof Dulemba having to make a save. A collision led to Rada nadzorcza getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jerzy Jucha hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Feliks Zajac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Krzysztof Dulemba was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Wieslaw Osikowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd minute Tobiasz Jajko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Dropinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Rada nadzorcza's Wladyslaw Dropinski threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tobiasz Jajko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, Rada nadzorcza's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Wieloch came free, but Krzysztof Dulemba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jurand Figlewski hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliks Zajac was the one to do the kick off. Feliks Zajac scored 1-2 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krzysztof Dulemba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Łódzki Klub Sportowy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
