Maltazar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldemar Major was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Bendyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19thth minute of the game Boguslaw Kieca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maltazar FC's Mariusz Tylinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cyryl Golob fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maltazar FC's protests and gave Cyryl Golob a yellow card for diving instead. Cyryl Golob hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Filip Bendyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cyryl Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. Maltazar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Klucznik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

If Cyryl Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the game, Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz's Tanek Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Tylinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Maltazar FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Grzegorz Trojanowski 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Klucznik in the 68th minute of play forced Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Filip Bendyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Maltazar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Bartoszek to maneuver through the defense. The Maltazar FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz's performance. The match ended with a win for Bartodzieje Bydgoszcz.
