Wojciech Konopka lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of FC Karpaty Lwów:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Orlando Działoszyn:s goal.

In the 54thth minute of the game Pawel Wojtkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orlando Działoszyn's Maciej Japola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tolek Giec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wit Wielopolski during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 71 minutes, Stefan Brysz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
