Tolek Giec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Oborski in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, FC Karpaty Lwów's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Giejda came free, but Tolek Giec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tolek Giec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Giejda, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half KS Krzyz Wlkp. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radowit Kostrzewa to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Zachary Giejda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tolek Giec. Zachary Giejda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 56th minute, Zachary Giejda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Krzyz Wlkp. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zachary Giejda got free with Tolek Giec in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, Hugon Wincek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartosz Kalinowski. KS Krzyz Wlkp.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugon Wincek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. FC Karpaty Lwów's Tolek Giec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC Karpaty Lwów from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zachary Giejda got free with Tolek Giec in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hugon Wincek scored 2-8 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartosz Kalinowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wojciech Konopka during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes FC Karpaty Lwów got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Konopka. When Kajetan Pazura came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the KS Krzyz Wlkp. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kajetan Pazura couldn't finish the play. Tolek Giec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Giejda in the 87th minute of play. Tolek Giec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kajetan Pazura in the 89th minute. Kajetan Pazura took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolek Giec. Tolek Giec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-9. KS Krzyz Wlkp.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
