But to his dismay, Jerzy Kojder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bartosz Oliszewski made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrzej Lato in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugeniusz Marek saved Mazur Elk - koniec gry from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Andrzej Lato's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugeniusz Marek was relentless in the 55th minute of the game.
