Hugon Walentowicz hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Mark Van Bastén's late challenge caught a Arka Gdynia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Van Bastén helped the player get up and apologised. Ryszard Maziarz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Domeradzki in the 30th minute. Nieudany Balet's Ryszard Maziarz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Nieudany Balet from getting a goal against them. Mark Van Bastén was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Nieudany Balet's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Domeradzki came free, but Ryszard Maziarz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klement Penc kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nieudany Balet's Ignacy Ligas got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nieudany Balet's goalkeeper Ryszard Maziarz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ryszard Maziarz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juli Turshinka in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Karol Domeradzki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ryszard Maziarz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ryszard Kaminski hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes of play, Arka Gdynia's Juli Turshinka made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryszard Maziarz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Klement Penc hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Walery Walicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karol Domeradzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Maziarz having to interfere. Juli Turshinka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Maziarz having to interfere. Juli Turshinka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ryszard Maziarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juli Turshinka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
