After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Beniamin Rakowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wisła Kraków's supporters rose to their feet, but Beniamin Rakowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boleslaw Lewandowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Edmund Grucza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tymoteusz Plucienniks short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Boleslaw Lewandowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbyszko Winograd got free with Fernando Dei in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zbyszko Winograd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fernando Dei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Wincenty Mirowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3.
