Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Dawid Lichucki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The Ruch Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Filozofia Futbolu booed when Ruch Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogumil Waldoch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jurand Trochowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Juroszek in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Bogumil Waldoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Trochowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ruch Chorzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Maziarz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jurand Trochowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 88 minutes, Wojciech Chwalkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruch Chorzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wojciech Chwalkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Wojciech Chwalkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jurand Trochowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Jurand Trochowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wojciech Chwalkiewicz's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
