In the 46th minute of the match, Marcin Nikodemski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogdan Setara saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

52 minutes into the match, Jastrzębia Góra's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Nikodemski came free, but Bogdan Setara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Górnik Wesoła defense, Oswaldo Mello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Wnukowski. The Górnik Wesoła fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Wnukowski should have stopped the shot. Bogdan Setara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Wisniewski in the 93rd minute of play forced Jastrzębia Góra's goalkeeper Bogdan Setara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Setara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcin Nikodemski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
