Spectators: 7484 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Young Houdini kicked off to start the match. After 4 minutes, Marian Bara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the POLAND Opole and the AKS WASP players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Young Houdini came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the POLAND Opole fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Young Houdini couldn't finish the play. Young Houdini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, AKS WASP's goal looked a bit too open when Radomir Dziatkowicz came free, but Artur Podowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bartlomiej Parzysz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes POLAND Opole got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Brzeszczak. Zenon Fafinski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to AKS WASP getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ludomir Przebendowski hit a great ball. Marian Bara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Artur Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogumil Bobrowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Kochanowski having to interfere. After 43 played minutes POLAND Opole got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Rostow. Bartlomiej Parzysz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Kajetan Kochanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Radomir Dziatkowicz fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POLAND Opole's protests and gave Radomir Dziatkowicz a yellow card for diving instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When POLAND Opole's Young Houdini in 54 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Artur Podowski guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kajetan Kochanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Parzysz in the 56th minute of play. When POLAND Opole's Radomir Dziatkowicz in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Radomir Dziatkowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the game, Korneliusz Dropinski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKS WASP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave POLAND Opole the free kick. After 89 minutes, Olaf Daszkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKS WASP and the POLAND Opole players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Young Houdini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Podowski was relentless in the 91st minute of the game.
