The Karpaty Krosno fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Karpaty Krosno's Bartosz Jajecznica looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some careless play in the Granowiec defense, Bartosz Jajecznica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustaw Jenkot. The Granowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaw Jenkot should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Karpaty Krosno players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
