Daniel Hryc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maciej Walczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Ludwa in the 10th minute of the match. Szczyt Szczytniki's Stasio Mikulski got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Leonard Marajda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Walczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes, Gwidon Pleban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Szydłowiec and the Szczyt Szczytniki players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, one of FC Szydłowiec:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Szydłowiec. The goalkeeper, Klement Gdaniec, was totally fooled by Szczyt Szczytniki's Leon Jaroszewicz, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of FC Szydłowiec booed when Szczyt Szczytniki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Fabich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonard Marajda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maciej Walczyk having to interfere. Stasio Mikulski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Klement Gdaniec made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Leon Jaroszewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szczyt Szczytniki's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Jaroszewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klement Gdaniec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 46th minute of the match Daniel Hryc completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Daniel Hryc a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 47 played minutes Szczyt Szczytniki got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Hryc. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Marajda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Szczyt Szczytniki getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Patricio Bastian hit a great ball. Leon Jaroszewicz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, FC Szydłowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Jaroszewicz came free, but Klement Gdaniec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Szczyt Szczytniki's Stasio Mikulski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klement Gdaniec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Leon Jaroszewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafal Charlos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Witold Dombroski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maciej Walczyk. That made the score 1-1 in the 75 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Artur Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, FC Szydłowiec's Miromir Drzewucki tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Emil Zabrzeski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maciej Walczyk. That made the score 1-2 in the 82 minute of play. When Leon Jaroszewicz came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Szczyt Szczytniki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Jaroszewicz couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Szczyt Szczytniki's goalkeeper Maciej Walczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witold Dombroski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Zabrzeski in the 92nd minute of play forced Szczyt Szczytniki's goalkeeper Maciej Walczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Szydłowiec's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
