Plathe's Wincent Kilarski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Plathe from getting a goal against them. Wincent Kilarski made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Slawomir Cichewski sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Borys Kostrzewa to make the kick off. Iwan Drzewucki struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Wincent Kilarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leobschütz SSA. After having played for 58 minutes, Borys Kostrzewa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leobschütz SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Kostrzewa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wincent Kilarski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wincent Kilarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Kostrzewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Borys Kostrzewa sped through Plathe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wincent Kilarski. In the 75thth minute of the game Borys Kostrzewa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plathe's Wincent Kilarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iwan Drzewucki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Plathe's Wincent Kilarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Kostrzewa in the 82nd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Plathe's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Kostrzewa came free, but Wincent Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Borys Kostrzewa made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Plathe's Wincent Kilarski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Plathe's Lucjan Ziemniak got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Slawomir Cichewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Leobschütz SSA fully deserved thier win.
