Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pankracy Kostrzewski got the match started through his kick off. Jerzy Wierzcholek hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Julian Bykowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Strzegów's Gwidon Biraga didn't even have to move. Sylwester Figlewski's late challenge caught a Gryf Mielec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylwester Figlewski helped the player get up and apologised. Sylwester Figlewski kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gwidon Biraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Kostrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Gryf Mielec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Golaszewski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damazy Tarasek got free with Gwidon Biraga in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the game, one of Gryf Mielec:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Strzegów. Lucjan Ciupierdo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zbyszko Klewinski. 0-1. Zbyszko Klewinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Franzik in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Witalis Lodowy could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Gwidon Biraga however easily saved by the left post. After 36 played minutes Gryf Mielec got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Tarasek. 39 minutes into the match, Strzegów's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Tarasek came free, but Gwidon Biraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witalis Lodowy was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Witalis Lodowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Strzegów's Gwidon Biraga got control of the ball when Damazy Tarasek tried to sneak it across the goal line.

53 minutes into the game, Gryf Mielec's Pankracy Kostrzewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gwidon Biraga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Zbyszko Klewinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Ciupierdo in the 57th minute of play. Zbyszko Klewinski made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Radomir Franzik sent off a good shot on target. Damazy Tarasek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Biraga having to interfere. Gwidon Biraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Kostrzewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Damazy Tarasek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gryf Mielec's Zbyszko Klewinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Gryf Mielec from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Gryf Mielec's Pankracy Kostrzewski got a free kick in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
