Douglas Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Konrad Budzynski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. Konrad Budzynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Borkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Douglas Nascimento to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Zbigniew Porajewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Budzynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Walery Wolnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Remigiusz Wojtowicz fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dynamo Przyborów's protests and gave Remigiusz Wojtowicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, the referee gave Polonia Marklowice a penalty. Zbigniew Porajewski looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Konrad Budzynski. Polonia Marklowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Wolnik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Polonia Marklowice's Douglas Nascimento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Waldemar Pliszka kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Konrad Budzynski was a little too slow when Douglas Nascimento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-3. Douglas Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Budzynski having to interfere. The supporters of Polonia Marklowice booed when Dynamo Przyborów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigiusz Wojtowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th match minute, Dynamo Przyborów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Kolbe to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Polonia Marklowice's Konrad Budzynski threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Douglas Nascimento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Dynamo Przyborów fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Polonia Marklowice were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
